Balance and respect
La Graciosa is a place where the care of nature and its isolated location forces us to maintain a balance and respect between comfort and the environment, it is for this reason that it is necessary to follow the following practices and regulations:
Pets
At Casa Abril, your pets will enjoy a large space designed for their comfort. We only ask that they do not climb on the beds or sofas.
Swimming pool
General rules:
- No glass objects may be used inside or at the edge of the pool.
- It is the guest's responsibility to supervise children while using the pool.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the pool.
- Be careful with slippery surfaces.
- A life float is available for safety.
Use subject to availability: Although we do our best to keep the pool available all year round, circumstances beyond our control may prevent its use (local regulations, weather conditions, emergencies). We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Schedules
Check-in: From 15:00 to 20:00.
Check-out: Maximum at 11:00.
Towels
Towels are for bathroom use only. You will find
pool and beach towels in the rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, including the patio.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
Parties
It is not allowed to celebrate bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar parties.
Paper
Toilet paper and other hygiene products may not be flushed down the toilet. There are garbage cans in each bathroom for such use.
Windows
The streets of the island are made of sand, which is why it is possible that when there is some wind the sand enters or fogs up the window panes.
Noise
Respect the rest of the environment.
Deposit
A damage deposit of 290 € will be charged to the credit card used for payment. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been checked.
Bicycles
Water
From 5:00 p.m. onwards La Graciosa water works with the cisterns of each house, which is why you may notice at some point that the water pressure is lower.
